Three decades of bánh mì
The Nguyen family opened Thi Thi in April 1990 and turned a tiny counter on 1st Street SE into one of Calgary’s best-loved sandwich shops, with lines out the door at lunch. In 2024 the family retired and a new team took over, keeping the name, the menu and the counter.
